Spin the Black iPhone is a port of the Spin the Black Circle game. It even has a really nice, really simple level editor for making your own custom levels for the app. As of right now, there is no information on when it will be available but, it looks really cool! While you wait, you can play Spin the Black Circle HERE via your computer.
Features:
- File Search lets you easily search for files
- Transfers shows you your que of downloads and download progress.
- Downloads lets you view what you have downloaded
- A nice import feature lets you import you files into your music database, allowing you to play them through the normal iPod controls - not working yet . . .
To get the files you download one of the many apps that allow you to browse the iPhones file directory and browse to /var/mobile/Media/Downloads to play your files. Hopefully the import feature will be fixed soon.
edit for the FirmwareGUID error first try setting the permissions for the app to 777
alternatively try this.

PhoneDoom was started by stephwhite and now it is under the management of psychochromatic. This is a native port of the classic game Doom for the iPhone/iPod Touch. I was so excited, since it was the classic Doom. Apparently, the game is unplayable; allow me to expand. When you start the application, it is impossible to navigate through the menus, since there are no set controls. I had no idea which gestures to make. I was lucky and I got into the actual game. Once again, the controls are horrible and at this point I doubt there are any actually controls. To make matters worse, the game crashes randomly every few minutes. I was very disappointed in this application for two reasons, I love Doom and sadly, the game does run at FULL speed. There is not much more to say besides do not waste your time.

MixMeister Scratch basically “uses the iPhone’s multi-touch screen to let you scratch audio tracks just like a real turntable.” Video after the break.
Just pick your track, load MixMeister Scratch, and you can start scratching ’til the cows come home. The touch interface also lets you adjust the volume of your tunes as you use your fingertip to “spin” the virtual turntable. I’d love to see this running on a pair of iPhones side by side.
The application isn’t quite ready for download yet (I’m assuming it’ll run on the Apple iPhone SDK, but I’m not certain). But you can sign up to be notified of its availability
